Taman Nauli House Rules
REGISTRATION / CHECK IN
You will be required to complete a guest registration form upon arrival at Taman Nauli. Please be assured that your personal information remains secure and at no point will we give your details to any third party. Check- in time is at 2:00 pm.
Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 2:00 p.m. then Pre-Registration and payment may be required. Please contact Front Desk staff directly to make reservations and complete a credit card authorization form prior to your arrival.
PAYMENT: Minimum 50% of total fee is paid to block your room. All reservations and registration must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. Pursuant to credit card agreements, credit cards are not valid unless signed by the cardholder. Credit cards must be signed. Cash (IDR) payment is welcomed with a signed and pre-authorized credit card. All guests are required to present a valid major credit card and government issued identification even if guests are planning on paying in cash upon checkout. Checks are not accepted.( There is a reputable money changer a minute walk away form our Bed and breakfast)
Check-out – 12 pm please. Payment can be made using cash or card
Guests are requested to settle their bill an hour before check out.
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard Maestro cards and American Express or cash (we do not accept personal / traveller’s cheques or foreign currency). On rare occasions we may be unable to process card payments (i.e. a power cut). If this situation occurs, we will require your account to be settled in cash. We will inform you with as much notice as possible should this situation occur.
All guests are requested to vacate their room by 11.00am on the day of departure.
Guests wishing to have a later check out are requested to check with us the day before to ensure their room is available. If available, a late check out is 5:00 pm and is tariffed at 25% of the nightly room rate.
Two weeks notice all payments is returned, one week notice 50% of half the payment of room is returned, three days notice 100% of the room payment is taken.
All room prices include breakfast for two. The restaurant is located at the heart of our garden.
Arrival time for breakfast is between:
Breakfast – Monday to Sunday 8.00 am – 11.00 am
Breakfast time is fixed, but should you require an earlier breakfast please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
IN ROOM BEVERAGE TRAYS
All snacks supplied in your room are for sale and are replenished daily. We actively support fair trade and local suppliers and use their products wherever possible.
We will make up your bed, replenish and clean your bathroom every day usually during breakfast or between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. Just flip the do not disturb hanger to please clean my room.
Television remotes are in each room and the televisions offer a wide range of digital, satellite and radio channels. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact reception.
Please help us maintain our commitment to being environmentally friendly; by re-using your towels, there is a rack outside your room provided, to dry the towels. If you request a new towel just kindly ask our housekeeping.
Taman Nauli’s wastewater is serviced by a septic tank. Please do not flush anything other than a minimum amount toilet paper down the toilet. All other items should be placed in a sanitary disposal bag before depositing in the bathroom bin (which we empty daily). Additionally, we refill your toiletries when required.
ACCESS TO HOUSE & KEYS
Your room has a set of keys for your bedroom and front door (also a terrace door and back door if applicable). Please keep these safe and take them with you as the front door may be locked on your return.
You are welcome to come and go as you please but if arriving late we do ask you to keep the noise down out of respect for other guests.
Any keys not returned, on check-out a replacement key charge of 100.000 IDR will be levied to your account.
Pillows are only permitted to take out onto the day bed outside your room.
DAMAGE OF HOTEL PROPERTY
Antiques, Artworks, Towels and etc. featured in the booklet are up for sale. Thus if any of these items are damaged or lost, the items damage or lost will be added to your bill.
